Refurbished PDA Grades

Grade A
- PDA is in great condition
- Looks new
- Has slight cosmetic blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to):
	* Very slight scratches in case
	* May be missing manual, drivers
	

Grade B
- PDA is in very good condition
- Has cosmetic blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to):
	* Slight scratches in case and/or cradle
	* Slight scratches in the screen
	* Hairline crack in case
	* Dead pixels (3 or less)
	* Slight imperfections in the AGAS (anti-glare, anti-static) coating
	* Etc.

Grade C
- PDA works
- Has major cosmetic blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to):
	* Major scratches in case and/or cradle
	* Major scratches in screen
	* Cracked case
	* Picture color is off
	* Major imperfections in the AGAS (anti-glare, anti-static coating
	* Lots of dead pixels (4 or more)
	* May be missing manual, drivers, stylus
