Grade B - Desktop is in Good Condition - Looks OK
Has Cosmetic Blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to):

Missing Bezel covers, back plates, expansion slot covers
Scratches in case
Hairline Crack in Case
Etc.


Grade C - Desktop is in Poor Condition, But Works - Looks Rough
Has Major Cosmetic Blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to):

Missing Bezel covers, back plates, expansion slot covers
Major Scratches in case
Cracked/Damaged Case
Missing Face Plate
Etc.
