Who do I contact if I received the wrong item in an order?
If you believe you received the wrong item in an order, you should contact Customer Service at (855) 433-5747 or Email support@geeks.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Should you in fact have received an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item (typically via 2 day air, determined on a case-by-case basis). We will also arrange for the incorrect item to be returned to us at no additional expense to you.
Customer Service phones are staffed from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time Monday - Friday. Phone support is not available on weekends and holidays.
