When will my package ship?
We strive to ship all orders submitted by 10:00 a.m. Pacific time the same day. This is a goal that we diligently work towards every day but not a guarantee. Some orders will need to undergo additional review which may delay the order.
Overnight orders placed after 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Thursdays are not automatically upgraded to Saturday Service. Please contact Geeks.com Customer Service at (760) 726-7700 to request Saturday Service. There is an additional charge for Saturday Service and is not available to all areas. Geeks.com strives to verify and ship all Next Day Air shipments the same day. However there maybe some delay for processing and order review.
