This works almost straight out of the box, only requiring a couple of simple setting changes in the [included] recording SW (Audacity). Within 10 minutes, the unit was hard at work.The release catch for the cassette door was a little stiff, but better a little tighter (secure) than a little loose and damaging a cassette tape by accident.

1st unit had a problem. Customer Service was great, quickly sending a replacement unit. Thanks for professional service :-)
