The product is pictured UPSIDE DOWN!For a generic Pentium 4, it is a solid performer if you upgrade it to 2GB of DDR and have a 7200 RPM Hard drive installed in it. They provided me with a disc of XP drivers. Also runs a good Linux OS as well.Good for simple kids games in XP. You can connect just about anythhing to this. EVEN PCMCIA cardbus cards for wireless. Those old adapters no one uses for laptops anymore have a second life here.Just don't block the top vent and everybody wins.

Bought one of these and set upa DVR with it. It's small size makes it easy to hide behind stuff. Little bit tight once I put the DVR card in, and harddrive, but the system work okay. As far as Port's has everything digital audio to firewire.

Used in home network, and as internet computer. Upgraded to 2GB of memory added a 80GB HDD and DVD burner. Running windows7. Ordered 2 more units. Great low cost machines. And as usual GREAT service!

The Samba I bought is a slightly different model, but is a great little computer. Installing RAM and an IDE hard drive are easy jobs, and setup was as simple as installing Windows XP followed by the included device drivers disk. I use it for everything: graphics, word processing, Powerpoint presentations, burning DVDs, internet. I don't game, so have no idea how it performs for that. My one caveat is that it runs a little hotter than I like a computer to run, so I added an external cooling fan. I'm actually thinking of buying another one.
simple yet effective computer

This unit came w/o hard drive and operating system. Biggest challenge was to find the drivers,,but I did. This is an internet machine for our guest room and works flawlessly. Even hooked it up to a radio/amplifier for some good listening.. at this price and a little investment (plus some technical savy) its a good value for sure...
