I have a Radeon 4850 whose fan went out (as so often happens). I replaced it with this beast. It's a fiddly install; you'll have to be comfortable with a screwdriver and thermal paste, and be aware that it's bigger than it looks (but it does fit in a full-size case). With the optional 80mm fan, it does an amazing job cooling - I can't get the card to go over 36 C. Definitely worth the surgery to get this upgrade.
