Setup a secure wireless network with ease and confidence
Establishing a secure wireless network is no longer a headache. The WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) takes only a few seconds, letting you set up a secure wireless network without any complicated procedure or lengthy call to a help desk call involved. You can either connect to your WPS-supported access point or wireless router by simply pushing a configuration button (PBC: Push Button Configuration) or enter a 4- to 8-digit code, given by the NWD310N PCI adapter or your access point, to create a simple but safe wireless network.
Enhanced Wireless Security and Privacy In addition to basic 64/128-bit WEP encryption, ZyXEL's wireless network adapter NWD210N features the latest enhanced wireless security mechanisms such as IEEE 802.1x authentication and Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA/WPA2). The enhanced security functions protect wireless communication and only allow authorized users to access your network. This protects your network from unexpected break-ins and information theft.
