Bought this to hold my laptop above a DJ mixer. The legs broke almost immediately. They couldn't even support the weight of the desk itself.

Flimsy Junk

This isn't accurately depicted in the picture. It is very very very very flimsy, cheap thin plastic connectors, one critical one was broken on mine when it arrived. It is almost impossible to fold and unfold the thing without breaking it further! The only redeeming factor is the huge USB powered fan which is worth about $15 itself. So it isn't a total loss. I am going to salvage the fan for another use and throw the actual stand part away! Stay away!

The legs are metal while the clips that hold the legs in place are plastic. The clips broke the second day in spite of careful use. No replacement clips available so the product is in my garage in case I ever need a fan.
