SIIG's 4-port RS232 Serial PCI with 16550 UART adapter card is designed to add four 9-pin RS232 serial ports to your PIC enabled desktop computer. This serial adapter comes with four high-speed 16550 UART serial ports with 256-byte FIFO buffer to deliver data transfer rates up to 230Kb/s. The 4-port RS232 Serial PCI with 16550 UART is the smart and cost effective solution to add 4 RS232 serial ports for additional serial port device connections. The 4-port RS232 Serial PCI with 16550 UART is fully compliant with PCI Local Bus Specification, Revision 2.3, is FCC, and CE approved, and RoHS-compliant. It is fully compatible with a wide variety of Windows operating systems.
