Comments about 2.5''/3.5'' SuperSpeed USB 3.0 SATA SSD & HDD Dock w/One Touch Backup (Blue/Black) - Supports up to 2TB!:
Works pretty well. Windows 7 copies a file from the internal 3.5" SATA 2 drive thru a USB 3.0 connection to a 3.5" SATA 2 drive plugged into the dock at 80 mb/sec. Also copies from another external SATA 2 drive with a USB 3.0 connection thru a USB 3.0 connection to a 3.5" SATA 2 drive plugged into the dock at 80 mb/sec. When the dock is plugged into a USB 2.0 port, a file is copied from the internal SATA 2 drive to the SATA 2 drive plugged into the dock at 40mb/sec. USB 3.0 specs are exaggerated; these speeds are typical. The case enclosing the dock is a little flimsy but satisfactory.
