The track ball mouse does not work

I bought this keyboard because I needed a small wireless keyboard for my mediacenter PC. when I got it the PC detected it just fine and loaded the drivers. The keyboard functioned good but the trackball just moves very slowly to the left and no where else. It does not move any other direction except left.
