This card made a regular system go into overdrive. The system had a radeon hd3000 built in so I got this card to compliment it. And I couldn't be any happier. This card rocks. Better than the Mac setup I've been using. Get this card if you have those games you want to turn up the settings. I'm playing pc games on my living room tv, so you know it can handle almost anything you throw at it. Will get. Second card or stay with the hd x8xx series when getting an upgrade. This replaced a hd5450 and that card plays like garbage compared to this one. Only thing to be careful withe is if you have the space inside your tower and the right power supply. Its about a foot long and you need both the six and eight pin pci-x power connectors on your power supply. Other than that its good to go. Get it. Get it. Don't just sit there just get it.
