With many drives sitting in my closet from upgrades and older machines this made it a cinch to go through them all and weed out what I wanted before reformatting the drive and having a clean one for whatever later. Now all the music and art I have been missing is all on my main system and I didn't have to go through the hassle of an internal install or all the swapping with an external box install over and over.
