In addition, you can set the cycle time to automatically scan each channel's temperature, fan speed and rotation status. If the temperature rises to the adjustable set-point value, the fan for that channel will automatically switch on to pull cool air in or hot air out, effectively lowering the temperature. In the event that the temperature continues to rise, a warning beeper will be activated. This alerts the user or MIS, to use this additional time to decrease the loading of the computer equipment that is causing the excessive temperature problem, thus preventing valuable data loss and system damage.
