This Hisense plasma screen television is designed to display the brightest, sharpest, and clearest pictures imaginable. With this Hisense television, you are getting a 600 cd/m2 (candle power) for ultra brightness and an amazing 1000:1 contrast ratio that keeps colors colorful and blacks super black!
The 4-line digital comb filter stabilizes and smoothes the separation of color between pixels for the sharpest view. Cable ready to receive 181 channels directly via the built-in TV tuner, it is also computer ready to be connected as a 1024 x 768 resolution monitor with VGA or XGA connectors. DVI, composite, and S-Video connections allow you to hook it up with almost all of your home theater or professional presentation components. In addition, the standard side speakers that come with this Hisense television are a combined 20 watts.
Please note: This TV tuner cannot receive over the air television in the United States as all NTSC analog television broadcasting has ceased as of June 12, 2009. This TV tuner will not be able to receive digital television (DTV) broadcasts without the use of a DTV converter box.
