Dead in less than a year

Best Uses
The network extender worked very well for 11 months. Went from one bar (dropped signal frequently) to 4 bars throughout 2,000 sq. ft. house. It runs hot and eventually died after 11 months. No support from Samsung, Verizon is only support. Verizon wouldn't support it since I didn't buy it from them.
