Have had this unit for just over two months now. Was not my first choice. Original unit ordered arrived defective. Geeks offered a number of replacement solutions. I chose this one though it was a bit of a downgrade from what I originally ordered. Nevertherless, This unit is a good buy for normal everyday home use. Solid and stable on the internet, good video playback from internet and DVD. Fairly quick page loading. Lots of memory, fast processor, Good, large HD. And wireless is very handy. You won't be disappointed. And, as usual, great customer service from geeks when things didn't go quite right with the original unit.

I have been a customer for about 7 years. I have always received excellent customer service with every communication, whether good or bad circumstances. I have had a 2 or 3 snafu's over the years. When a problem occurs, they are problem solvers seeking to satisfy my needs as their customer. No complaints at all!

This computer is very fast and powerful. The integrated video card handles extremely well as i use an intense graphics program on this computer. Ive built computers for 17 years, and this is an excellent computer for general use. Even if you wanted to use it for online gaming such as WOW, Its got more than enough to handle it, and you cant really upgrade this computer a whole lot. Excellent computer!
